Eduardo Malaya told the Philippine embassy in Kuala Lumpur that he received the Aegis BPO Sdn Bhd officials who personally expressed their apologies for the video.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cAegis senior vice president-Corporate Divya Dutta and associate vice president for Human Resource P.
