(File <a href=\"https:\/\/www.instagram.com\/p\/CCAUfC_lqlJ\/\">photo<\/a>: <a href=\"https:\/\/www.instagram.com\/thelollicakechic\/\">@thelollicakechic\/Instagram<\/a>)<\/figcaption><\/figure>\n<p>LJ Moreno, along with her husband Alab Pilipinas coach Jimmy Alapag, broke the sad news in their latest vlog post, revealing that she had a miscarriage.<\/p>\n<p>Recalling scenarios in the video, the couple said Moreno had an appointment with a doctor last week, but when she was checked, they could not hear the baby&#8217;s heartbeat. The doctor told them that this could be because it was only a little past six weeks into her pregnancy when that appointment happened or could be because of a myoma or growth in her uterus, which her doctor said was &#8220;not alarming.&#8221;<\/p>\n<p><iframe loading=\"lazy\" title=\"PREGNANCY UPDATE (SAD NEWS) - Alapag Family Fun\" width=\"1170\" height=\"658\" src=\"https:\/\/www.youtube.com\/embed\/HTEgcmJFJ-4?start=301&#038;feature=oembed\" frameborder=\"0\" allow=\"accelerometer; autoplay; encrypted-media; gyroscope; picture-in-picture\" allowfullscreen><\/iframe><\/p>\n<p>The couple decided to schedule another appointment hoping that they could hear their baby&#8217;s heartbeat, however, it still did not happen. This was where Moreno&#8217;s doctor managed their expectations and told them that there&#8217;s a possibility that Moreno could have a miscarriage.<\/p>\n<p>&#8220;She [the doctor] said we&#8217;ll look, we&#8217;ll try again[in] the next appointment. So when we went in the next appointment, unfortunately, we found out <em>na wala na talaga <\/em>(it was gone),&#8221; Moreno recalled.<\/p>\n<p>&#8220;They call it a miscarriage because I didn&#8217;t bleed at first but then the pregnancy stopped. The baby stopped,&#8221; she continued.<\/p>\n<p>Moreno said the &#8220;hardest part&#8221; was telling the news to their children who were then excited when they heard that their family was growing. It was in last month&#8217;s vlog where the couple informed their kids about Moreno&#8217;s pregnancy.<\/p>\n<p>After learning about the news, Moreno said their son Ian broke down, while their daughter Keona &#8220;took it better.&#8221;<\/p>\n<p>&#8220;At the end of the day, we pray and trust God. God has a plan for all this,&#8221; Moreno said.<\/p>\n<p>Alapag, meanwhile, said although it was a &#8220;tough week&#8221; for them, &#8220;we&#8217;re not going to question God&#8217;s plan for our family and we have absolute faith. He&#8217;s been with us, He&#8217;s always with us, and I know He&#8217;s with us during this time. In God&#8217;s time, if He feels it&#8217;s right for us to have an addition to our family then it will happen again.&#8221;<\/p>\n<p>Moreno and Alapag marked their 10th wedding anniversary on August 19.
