Wikipedia photo<\/figcaption><\/figure>\n<p>MANILA &#8212; Philippine National Police (PNP), Director General Alan Purisima, missed another budget hearing in the Senate on Wednesday.<\/p>\n<p>PNP is an attached agency of the Department of Interior and Local Government (DILG).<\/p>\n<p>DILG has a budget proposal that is subject for deliberations by the Senate committee on finance<\/p>\n<p>While Purisima was absent during the hearing, DILG Secretary Mar Roxas was present to answer the questions of the committee headed by \u00a0Senator Francis \u201cChiz\u201d Escudero.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cMay we know the convention or meeting attended by Gen.
