Rodolfo Albano III.<\/p>\n<p>He added, \u201cWe\u00a0should not\u00a0be surprised if indigenous\u00a0people who have\u00a0lived\u00a0in the Cordillera region\u00a0for\u00a0centuries will be asking\u00a0for full autonomy similar to what will be enjoyed soon by our Muslim brothers if\u00a0the BBL\u00a0is enacted.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>According to Albano, the creation of Bangsamoro entity will replace the Autonomous Region in Muslim Mindanao. Likewise, it will also serve as the model for all other regions.<\/p>\n<p>The CAR is made up of six provinces which include Abra, Apayao, Benguet, Ifugao, Kalinga, and Mountain Province.
