(Pixabay photo)<\/figcaption><\/figure>\n<p><strong>MANILA<\/strong> \u2013 The Department of Trade and Industry (DTI) will be proposing to the Inter-Agency Task Force for the Management of Emerging Infectious Diseases (IATF-EID) the opening of internet caf\u00e9s in areas under general community quarantine (GCQ).<\/p>\n<p>In a radio interview Tuesday, DTI Secretary Ramon Lopez said his office will also recommend allowing the operation of tutorial and review centers in GCQ areas.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cWe don\u2019t allow yet the operation of internet caf\u00e9s because we fear that children will gather inside internet shops.
