Another angel has been brought to the world as actress Valerie \u201cBangs\u201d Garcia gave birth to her second baby, Isabella.<\/p>\n

Bangs and her husband Filipino-British Lloydi Birchmore just welcomed another step to growing their family after their three-year-old Amelia.<\/p>\n
