The shelters will be outside, but close to personal care homes year-round. They must be accessible, protected from the elements, easily cleaned and provide a space for quality connections. Feedback can be provided at\u00a0<a href=\"http:\/\/engagemb.ca\/\">http:\/\/EngageMB.ca<\/a>.<\/div>\n<div><\/div>\n<div>\u201cDespite advances in technology that have allowed for virtual visits, this pandemic has taught us that nothing can replicate a face-to-face visit,\u201d the minister said. \u201cToday\u2019s announcement shows that once again Manitobans are innovative, resilient and kind-hearted.\u201d<\/div>\n<div><\/div>\n<div>Across Canada, approximately 80 per cent of all deaths related to COVID-19 have been linked to those living in personal care homes.
