Sakto sa (timing on) Father&#8217;s Day!&#8221; Sotto said in a Facebook post.<\/p>\n<p>The facility staff also prepared food packs and cakes for them so they can enjoy the Father&#8217;s Day occasion.<\/p>\n<p>Since the Covid-19 outbreak, Sotto noted that the mortality rate in the city has gone down and the recovery rate continues to soar.<\/p>\n<p>&#8220;Magandang sign ho yan na pakonti ng pakonti ang laman ng centralized quarantine facility natin. Pinagdadasal po natin ang inyong mabilis na paggaling at pag-recover (It&#8217;s a good sign that the number of patients in our centralized quarantine facility is decreasing.
