(File Photo by CDC\/Unsplash)<\/figcaption><\/figure>\n<p><strong>MANILA<\/strong>\u00a0\u2013 The Department of Health (DOH) on Tuesday reported 291 new confirmed cases of the coronavirus disease 2019 (Covid-19), bringing the total number of cases in the country to 5,223.<\/p>\n<p>During the Beat Covid-19 virtual presser, DOH Undersecretary Maria Rosario Vergeire also reported 53 new recoveries, bringing the total number of recovered cases to 295.<\/p>\n<p>The total death toll stood at 335 with 20 more new deaths.<\/p>\n<p><em>&#8220;Nais po namin linawin na ang mga impormasyong idi-<\/em>disclose\u00a0<em>ng<\/em>\u00a0Covid-19 patients\u00a0<em>ay hindi natin isasa-publiko.
