Escaros Jr.\/Wikimedia commons, Public Domain<\/a>)<\/figcaption><\/figure>\n<p><strong>MANILA<\/strong>\u00a0\u2013 The Department of Health (DOH) on Tuesday reported 104 new cases of coronavirus disease 2019 (Covid-19), bringing the total number of cases in the country to 3,764.<\/p>\n<p>In its 4 p.m. bulletin, it also reported 11 new recoveries, bringing the total number of recovered cases nationwide to 84 and 14 new deaths. The total number of deaths nationwide is now 177.<\/p>\n<p>Health Secretary Francisco Duque III, during the Beat Covid-19 virtual presser, said most of the confirmed cases are from Luzon.<\/p>\n<p>&#8220;<em>Sa katunayan, higit po sa kalahati o<\/em>\u00a0more or less<em>\u00a0mga<\/em>\u00a080 percent<em>\u00a0na kaso ng<\/em>\u00a0Covid-19<em>\u00a0ay naitala sa<\/em>\u00a0Metro Manila.\u00a0<em>Dito na rin po kasi unang nakapasok sa Pilipinas ang<\/em>\u00a0virus<em>\u00a0buhat sa dami o<\/em>\u00a0volume\u00a0<em>ng mga<\/em>\u00a0flights<em>\u00a0na dumarating sa<\/em>\u00a0(In fact, more than half or more or less about 80 percent of the Covid-19 cases were recorded in Metro Manila.
