Extended po ang deadline.<\/em>\u00a0(We must stay home first. The deadline is extended),&#8221; he said, noting that the city will provide a &#8220;no interest rate&#8221; policy for all obligations.<\/p>\n<p>The monetary obligations include real property tax (RPT), business taxes, transfer taxes, amusement taxes, franchise taxes garbage and inspection fees and rent for Mega Market stallholders.<\/p>\n<p>Non-monetary obligations include sanitary permit and City Environment &amp; Natural Resources Office (CENRO)-environmental permit to operate, submission of the certified list of professionals, calibration sealing of instruments of weights and measures.<\/p>\n<p>&#8220;These are all without penalties.
