Airport yellow taxis and coupon taxis have been allowed to transport passengers to\/from the Ninoy Aquino International Airport (NAIA), but they are only allowed within Metro Manila, an executive from the Manila International Airport Authority (MIAA) said Friday.<\/p>\n<p>&#8220;(MIAA General Manager Ed Monreal) coordinated with the DOTr (Department of Transportation) to grant them exemption from the transportation ban being implemented during the Luzon-wide enhanced community quarantine,&#8221;
