Dalan)<\/figcaption><\/figure>\n<p><strong>MANILA<\/strong>\u00a0\u2013 Speaker Alan Peter Cayetano on Wednesday said the House of Representatives would continue its push for federalism through the proposed 2021 national budget to help poor regions achieve inclusive and equitable growth, as well as economic sustainability.<\/p>\n<p>In a press briefing, Cayetano said the goal of \u201cfederalism in the budget\u201d is to ensure that there is no province, city, and municipality that would be \u201cleft behind\u201d, particularly those that are lagging behind the general level of development.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cFederalism is more sustainable because it is more equitable, it is more inclusive.\u00a0<em>Sa mundong ito, \u2018pag hindi ka<\/em>\u00a0equitable,<em>\u00a0\u2018pag hindi ka<\/em>\u00a0inclusive\u00a0<em>sasabog-sasabog, magkakaroon ng<\/em>\u00a0tipping point (In this world, if you are not equitable, if you are not inclusive, it will blow up, there will be a tipping point).
