(File <a href=\"https:\/\/www.facebook.com\/PIONCRPO2019\/photos\/a.1074559592894709\/1074559976228004\/?type=3&amp;theater\">photo<\/a>: <a href=\"https:\/\/www.facebook.com\/PIONCRPO2019\/\">PIO NCRPO\/Facebook<\/a>)<\/figcaption><\/figure>\n<p><strong>MANILA<\/strong>\u00a0\u2014 The National Capital Region Police Office (NCRPO) on Friday said it is now coordinating with the New Bilibid Prison (NBP) regarding its investigation on the killing of suspended Bureau of Corrections (BuCor) legal division chief, Fredric Anthony Santos.<\/p>\n<p>NCRPO chief, Maj. Gen.
