KING RODRIGUEZ\/PRESIDENTIAL PHOTO<\/figcaption><\/figure>\n<p><strong>MANILA<\/strong>\u00a0\u2013 Broadcast firm ABS-CBN Corp. need not seek President Rodrigo Duterte\u2019s guidance on how to donate the PHP2.6 million refund the network was supposed to pay him for unaired campaign advertisements during the 2016 presidential race, Malaca\u00f1ang said on Thursday.<\/p>\n<p>Presidential Spokesperson Salvador Panelo said Duterte already gave ABS-CBN the discretion to pick its \u201cfavorite\u201d charitable institution that will be beneficiary of the donation.<\/p>\n<p>&#8220;In the first place, there is no need for guidance. The President has already given them the blanket authority.
