(File <a href=\"https:\/\/commons.wikimedia.org\/w\/index.php?curid=14645199\">Photo By PhotoPhilia, CC BY-SA 3.0<\/a>)<\/figcaption><\/figure>\n<p><strong>MANILA<\/strong>\u00a0&#8212; The full implementation of the fuel marking program in 2020 is expected to help the Bureau of Customs (BOC) meet its PHP731-billion net collection target for this year, an official from the bureau said on Wednesday.<\/p>\n<p>Speaking to Palace reporters, Customs Assistant Commissioner Vincent Maronilla said fuel marking could improve the BOC\u2019s tax collection for 2020, since it is seen to generate more than PHP10-billion additional revenue this year.<\/p>\n<p><em>\u201cAng<\/em>\u00a0full implementation\u00a0<em>po nito ay mapapatupad na at<\/em>\u00a0(Its full implementation is about to happen and) we\u2019re expecting to substantial additional revenues out of the fuel marking program,\u201d Maronilla said during the Palace weekly economic briefing.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cPHP730 billion,\u00a0<em>\u2018yun ang<\/em>\u00a0total target\u00a0<em>namin<\/em>\u00a0(is our total collection target).
