(PCOO Photo)<\/figcaption><\/figure>\n<p><strong>MANILA<\/strong>\u00a0\u2013 The second televised t\u00eat\u00ea-a-t\u00eat\u00ea between President Rodrigo Duterte and Presidential Spokesperson Salvador Panelo has been moved to Jan. 28, Malaca\u00f1ang said on Wednesday.<\/p>\n<p>The one-on-one interview between Duterte and Panelo, which was initially scheduled on Jan. 22, has been rescheduled due to \u201cpressing matters,\u201d the Palace said in an advisory sent to Palace reporters.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cDue to pressing matters, the t\u00eate-\u00e0-t\u00eate Part 2 of President Rodrigo Roa Duterte and Chief Presidential Legal Counsel and Presidential Spokesperson Salvador S.
