(Photo by Gil Nartea \/ Malaca\u00f1ang Photo Bureau)<\/figcaption><\/figure>\n<p>MANILA \u2013 President Benigno Aquino III reiterated his openness to constitutional amendments following issues of judicial overreach, adding that the Supreme Court should not be meddling too much on political matters.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cBukas ba ako sa Charter change? Talagang dito sa usapin sa DAP [Disbursement Acceleration Program]\u2026meron tayong kasamahan sa Kongreso, merong miyembro ng hudikatura, sinasabi yung judicial breach,&#8221;\u00a0Aquino said in an exclusive interview with Bombo Radyo.<\/p>\n<p>(Am I open to Charter change?
