(PCSO file photo)<\/figcaption><\/figure>\n<p><strong>MANILA<\/strong>\u00a0&#8212; A bettor in Cavite got the best birthday and Christmas gift ever after winning the PHP50.3-million Super Lotto 6\/49 jackpot on Sunday night, the Philippine Charity Sweepstakes Office (PCSO) said Wednesday.<\/p>\n<p>PCSO General Manager Royina Marzan-Garma said the 65-year-old bettor from Cavite, who has nasopharyngeal cancer, had been purchasing lotto tickets for 30 years, claimed his prize from the Office of the General Manager at the agency\u2019s main office in Mandaluyong City.<\/p>\n<p>\u201c<em>Meron siyang<\/em>\u00a0(He has) nasopharyngeal cancer.\u00a0<em>Nakakatanggap siya ng<\/em>\u00a0(he is a recipient of) (chemotherapy) assistance\u00a0<em>sa<\/em>\u00a0(from) PCSO.\u00a0<em>Hindi niya akalain makatatanggap din siya ng cheke na panalo<\/em>\u00a0(He did not expect that she will get a winning check).
