Like his PHP 50 million cauldron, Duterte&#8217;s anti-drug campaign was exposed as all grand display but useless and hallow within,&#8221;\u00a0 Akbayan Youth chairperson Dr. RJ Naguit.<\/div>\n<div dir=\"auto\"><\/div>\n<div dir=\"auto\">&#8220;VP Leni was fired for showing an effective campaign against substance abuse in two weeks.
