(Photo courtesy of PCG via PIA)<\/figcaption><\/figure>\n<p><strong>MANILA<\/strong>\u2014Newly-appointed Philippine Coast Guard (PCG) Commandant, Vice Admiral Joel Garcia on Wednesday eyed policies on patrolling the West Philippine Sea as foremost on his agenda.<\/p>\n<p>In a statement, PCG spokesperson, Capt.
