Gen. Guillermo Eleazar.<\/p>\n<p>Eleazar made a surprise inspection on Monday morning when he caught Corporals Eugine Ybasco and Jayson Monsale sleeping while their mobile was on standby along Alabang Zapote Road in Pamplona Dos in Las Pi\u00f1as City.<\/p>\n<p>Also caught sleeping was S\/Sgt. Danny Cerbito while on duty as desk officer of Police Community Precinct 2 in Las Pi\u00f1as.<\/p>\n<p><em>\u201cKasi natutulog<\/em>\u00a0(They&#8217;re sleeping). Anybody\u00a0<em>pwedeng kunin &#8216;yung baril<\/em>\u00a0(Anybody can get the gun).\u00a0<em>Pinag-re-<\/em>report<em>\u00a0ko sila kasi nagtatakipan sila. Nakita natin nag-iisa lang, &#8216;yung isa naman nagpapahinga<\/em>\u00a0(I told them to report to me)<em>\u00a0Akala ko nasa<\/em>\u00a0service vehicle,\u00a0<em>&#8216;yun pala nasa<\/em>\u00a0tricycle (I thought he was at the service vehicle, but he was inside the tricycle, sleeping).\u00a0<em>Kailangan talaga mag-<\/em>conduct\u00a0<em>tayo ng<\/em>\u00a0inspection (We need to conduct an inspection). We have to check,\u201d Eleazar told reporters on Monday.<\/p>\n<p>He said the policemen were disarmed while investigation is ongoing to determine if they would be held liable for neglect of duty.<\/p>\n<p><em>\u201cAng mga nasabing pulis, titiyakin natin na makakasuhan sila ng kasong administratibo at paiimbestigahan ang mga ito<\/em>\u00a0(We will make sure that an administrative case will be filed against them.
