He went on to perform hits under his own name, including &#8220;Baby, I Love You&#8221;\u00a0and &#8220;Rock Me Gently.&#8221;<\/p>\n<p>Vancouver-based rockers Chilliwack rose to popularity in the 1970s with &#8220;Fly at Night (In the Morning We Land),&#8221;\u00a0&#8220;My Girl (Gone, Gone, Gone)&#8221;\u00a0and &#8220;Lonesome Mary,&#8221;\u00a0and still tour today.<\/p>\n<p>Cowboy Junkies were founded in Toronto in the mid-eighties, striking a number of Canadian hits, including &#8220;Sweet Jane,&#8221;\u00a0&#8220;A Common Disaster&#8221;\u00a0and &#8220;Anniversary Song.&#8221;\u00a0They released the album &#8220;All That Reckoning&#8221;\u00a0last year.<\/p>\n<p>Curtola, who was born in what is now Thunder Bay, Ont., made his mark internationally in 1962 with the singles &#8220;Fortune Teller&#8221;\u00a0and &#8220;Aladdin,&#8221;\u00a0establishing him as one of the era&#8217;s teen heartthrobs.
