Madali na rin \u2018yung solusyon na \u2018yan. Bakit naman \u2018pag mayroong mga<\/em>\u00a0state visit\u00a0<em>bigla tayong walang<\/em>\u00a0cellphone\u2014 (That\u2019s simple. The solution to that is easy. How come when there are state visits, we suddenly lose mobile signal) All you have to do is to cut that off,\u201d Panelo said in a Palace briefing on Monday.<\/p>\n<p>Panelo said telecommunications companies can easily cut off signal the moment they are instructed to do so.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cWho will cut that off?\u00a0<em>O \u2018di siyempre<\/em>\u00a0(Of course) the operator\u00a0<em>ng<\/em>\u00a0Smart,\u00a0<em>ng<\/em>\u00a0Globe,\u00a0<em>tapos<\/em>\u00a0(then done). Then the law should require them to stop the signal, the operation of a particular use of communication system within an area,\u201d he added.<\/p>\n<p>He said he would \u201cpersonally\u201d suggest this idea to the President.<\/p>\n<p><em>\u201cKung \u2018yun lang ang problema. Kung nakaka-aggravate sa problema, o \u2018di tanggalin na lang natin para wala na<\/em>\u00a0(If that\u2019s the problem.
