ROBINSON NI\u00d1AL JR.\/PRESIDENTIAL PHOTO<\/figcaption><\/figure>\n<p><strong>MANILA<\/strong>\u00a0\u2014 The Department of Public Works and Highways (DPWH) on Wednesday reported the completion of a drainage system in Manila worth around PHP19 million that aims to avoid virus-caused illnesses, particularly dengue.<\/p>\n<p>According to DPWH Secretary Mark Villar, the construction of the 220 lineal meter drainage system along A.
