During the rave party, Bautista said \u201cang daming hipon dito sa Davao.\u201d He also encouraged the people to chant \u201chipon.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>\u201cHipon\u201d or shrimp is the colloquial term used to describe a person who has an attractive body but an unattractive face.<\/p>\n<p>Davao City Vice Mayor Paolo Duterte reprimanded Bautista for what he did to which the latter apologized. Bautista also issued a public apology through his Twitter account to which he owned up for the mistake that he did.
