KING RODRIGUEZ\/PRESIDENTIAL PHOTO<\/figcaption><\/figure>\n<p><strong>MANILA<\/strong>\u00a0&#8212; President Rodrigo Duterte on Monday reminded new government appointees that they have his full support as long as they resist the temptation to engage in corrupt practices.<\/p>\n<p>During the oath-taking ceremony of newly-appointed officials, Duterte mentioned how Filipinos have \u201clong suffered\u201d from both corruption and red tape in the bureaucracy and that it was their job to regain the people\u2019s trust.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cOur people have long suffered from the scourge of corruption and red tape in the bureaucracy.
