Then, the other night I was before the governors and mayors, I said \u2018I\u2019m raising it to PHP2 million.\u2019 Now,\u00a0<em>nandito ako<\/em>\u00a0(I\u2019m here), I\u2019m raising it to PHP3 million,\u00a0<em>dalhin mo lang yung ulo ng p*****ina, okay na sa akin, sabi ko<\/em>\u00a0(just bring me the head of that son of a b*tch and it\u2019s okay with me, I said). So I\u2019m angry),\u201d he added.<\/p>\n<p>He said when he used to be mayor of Davao City, he himself would retrieve cops and soldiers held hostage, noting that none of the members of the NPA were hurt.<\/p>\n<p><em>\u201cWala naman kaming sinaktan kung ang mag<\/em>-surrender\u00a0<em>ang mga NPA, ni isang kurot<\/em>\u00a0(We didn\u2019t hurt any NPA surrenderees, not even one pinch).
