Photo by Earl Jimenez \/ Twitter<\/figcaption><\/figure>\n<p>MANILA &#8212; Days after slamming into the barrier near Taft Avenue, the Metro Rail Transit (MRT) train was finally removed from crash site yesterday.<\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000;\">\u201cThe crash site is now cleared, but further testing on the railway is being conducted to insure that there is no crack,\u201d Hernando Cabrera, MRT spokesperson was quoted saying in a statement to the Philippine Star.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p>Cabrera added that a special utility truck that can run on both railways was used to remove the derailed train.<\/p>\n<p>The two coaches of the train were pulled into the railway before it was towed to the MRT depot in EDSA.<\/p>\n<p>Meanwhile, the Department of Transportation and Communications said that they still have to wait for the results of the investigation before making any speculation.<\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000;\">\u201cIn the meantime, we cannot speculate on the events that led to the unfortunate incident.
