ALFRED FRIAS\/PRESIDENTIAL PHOTO<\/figcaption><\/figure>\n<p><strong>MANILA<\/strong>\u00a0&#8212; After appealing to the military and police not to stage a coup during his term, President Rodrigo Duterte on Monday appeared unfazed by the thought of being overthrown saying he was \u201ctired\u201d of being the country\u2019s top official.<\/p>\n<p>In a speech before new government appointees, Duterte said it was really up to the Armed Forces of the Philippines (AFP) and Philippine National Police (PNP) personnel if they wanted a change in the country\u2019s leadership.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cKung ituloy yang coup d&#8217;\u00e9tat \u2018yan, e bahala kayo. Ako, gusto ko na mag-uwi (If you want to proceed with the coup d&#8217;\u00e9tat, it\u2019s up to you.
