(PNA photo)<\/figcaption><\/figure>\n<p><strong>MANILA<\/strong>\u00a0&#8212; Malaca\u00f1ang called for stricter security protocol in Sulu in the wake of the twin blasts that killed eight people and injured several others.<\/p>\n<p>Presidential Spokesperson Salvador Panelo said that the mere fact that suicide bombers were anywhere near a military post in Indanan town showed that there was a need to enhance security efforts.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cThe fact alone\u00a0<em>na nakapasok ang mga<\/em>\u00a0suicide bombers\u00a0<em>siguro kailangan dagdagan pa ang kanilang mga<\/em>\u00a0security protocols\u00a0<em>na tinatawag<\/em>\u00a0(that there are suicide bombers that came in means that they should add what they call security protocols),\u201d Panelo said in a radio interview on Sunday.<\/p>\n<p>Panelo said that the incident should teach government authorities to ensure preventive measures to avoid similar cases in the future.<\/p>\n<p><em>\u201c&#8217;Yun ang problema kasi &#8216;pag<\/em>\u00a0suicide bomber\u00a0<em>ka talagang mahirap mo na i<\/em>-stop-<em>in &#8216;yan<\/em>\u00a0(That\u2019s the problem, if it\u2019s a suicide bomber, you\u2019ll really have a hard time to stop that),\u201d Panelo said.<\/p>\n<p><em>\u201cKailangan malayo pa, alam mo na.<\/em>\u00a0I\u2019m sure<em>\u00a0marami sila natutuhan diyan sa insidente<\/em>\u00a0(Even if they are still far, you should already know.
