(<a href=\"https:\/\/www.facebook.com\/PresSpokespersonPH\/photos\/rpp.396756967326028\/744161135918941\/?type=3&amp;amp;theater\">File Photo<\/a>: <a href=\"https:\/\/www.facebook.com\/PresSpokespersonPH\/\">Office of the Presidential Spokesperson\/Facebook<\/a>)<\/figcaption><\/figure>\n<p><strong>MANILA<\/strong>\u00a0&#8212; Malaca\u00f1ang said it will keep its hands off the Office of the Ombudsman&#8217;s decision to move for the withdrawal of the graft and usurpation of authority cases filed against former President Benigno Aquino III at the Sandiganbayanx for his role in the Mamasapano incident in 2015.<\/p>\n<p>Presidential Spokesperson Salvador Panelo reiterated that the Palace will not meddle with the Office of the Ombudsman and other branches of government and constitutional bodies.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cThe Palace doesn\u2019t interfere with the other branches of the government as well as constitutional bodies.
