Cardinal Tagle, D.D.,\u201d Rev. Fr. Sanny de Claro, Director of Human Resource Department said in a letter addressed to employees, seminaries, dormitories, and parish personnel of the Archdiocese of Manila.<\/p>\n<p>The bloodletting drive called \u201cRCAM Celebrating Life Year XII \u2013 a Birthday Gift to our Archbishop.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>The annual event will be held from 8:30 a.m. to 3 p.m., at the fourth floor of Arzobispado building in Intramuros.<\/p>\n<p>The event is in coordination with the Philippine National Red Cross.<\/p>\n<p>For inquiries, interested parties may call the HRDD office at telephone numbers 527-3956 \/ 527-6254 and look for Mr. Joel Madronio or Mr. Jomel Clarito.<\/p>\n<p>The bloodletting event started in 2007 by then Manila Archbishop Gaudencio Cardinal Rosales, who retired in 2011.
