JRU now enjoys a solo third place with 6-3 cards as the first round of the NCAA ends.<\/p>\n<p>In the first game, Emilio Aguinaldo College (EAC) triumphed over San Sebastian with 71-56 win.<\/p>\n<p>John Tayongtong showed a solid performance with 17 points in the final period. The Generals ended the first round with 3-6 record. They share the seventh spot with San Sebastian.<\/p>\n<p>According to EAC coach Gerry Esplana, \u201cit\u2019s nice to end the first round with a win.
