(ATI) yesterday to cry out against what they deem to be a lack of action towards alleviating congestion in Manila\u2019s ports.<\/p>\n<p>The demonstrators congregated at the Manila Cathedral and Rizal Park before making their way to the different government agencies.<\/p>\n<p>The group\u2019s manifesto stated: \u201cThe port congestion is a persistent problem that adds to our burden every year.
