Lopez\/Facebook<\/a>)<\/figcaption><\/figure>\n<p><strong>MANILA<\/strong>\u00a0\u2013 The ties between the Philippines and Canada will not be affected despite delays in Canada\u2019s commitment to ship out trash dumped in the Philippines back in 2013, a Cabinet official said on Thursday.<\/p>\n<p>Canada failed to keep its promise of retrieving its trash within the May 15 deadline set by President Rodrigo R.
