Antonio Tinio.<\/p>\n<p>Tinio said in a statement: &#8220;We have strong evidence to show that Pres. Aquino is responsible for perpetuating Congressional pork despite the Supreme Court prohibition.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>The first two impeachment complaints were filed with regard to the Disbursement Acceleration Program, while the third \u2013 which Tinio endorsed \u2013 dealt with what the complaint described as the \u201cblatant sellout of Philippine sovereignty to the United States through the Enhanced Defense Cooperation Agreement (EDCA).&#8221;<\/p>\n<p>For the fourth complaint, Tinio says this time he is &#8220;a direct complainant,&#8221; and that the grievance will be rooted in the allegation that Aquino violated his oath of office by allowing the continuation of the Priority Development Assistance Fund (PDAF).<\/p>\n<p>According to Kabataan Party-list Rep.
