Duterte.<\/p>\n<p>In an interview with reporters, Presidential Spokesperson Salvador Panelo said Ho and Diaz&#8217;s names appeared because their accounts are followed by website developer Rodel Jayme, who is connected to the uploading of the video titled, \u201cAng Totoong Narco List (The True Narcolist)\u201d.<\/p>\n<p>&#8220;<em>Parang pinakita lang doon na itong si<\/em>\u00a0Rodel Jayme, very active\u00a0<em>ang kaniyang<\/em>\u00a0account,\u00a0<em>tapos ito \u2018yung mga pina<\/em>-follow\u00a0<em>niya. Pinapakita kung anong<\/em>\u00a0interest<em>\u00a0niya, anong<\/em>\u00a0political interest<em>\u00a0o anong pagkatao niya<\/em>\u00a0(It just showed that Rodel Jayme has a very active account and these are the accounts that he follows. It showed his interests, political interest, personality),&#8221; he said.<\/p>\n<p>Panelo clarified that he never mentioned the names of Ho and Diaz during his presentation of the matrix.<\/p>\n<p>&#8220;In the first place,<em>\u00a0hindi naman sila<\/em>\u00a0involved (they are not involved).<em>\u00a0Ano lang iyon eh<\/em>\u00a0(It&#8217;s just that), I think some of you or others who may have seen that diagram made a wrong analysis,&#8221; he said.<\/p>\n<p>However, Panelo stood firm on the authenticity of the ouster matrix he presented.<\/p>\n<p>&#8220;<em>Pag presidente ka, hindi ka lang basta maglalabas ng mga impormasyon na hindi mo ginawa ang<\/em>\u00a0(If you are president, you won&#8217;t just release information without doing the) necessary vetting,&#8221; he said.<\/p>\n<p>&#8220;<em>&#8216;Yung tinanggap ni Presidente<\/em>\u00a0(The information received by the President is), intelligence information\u00a0<em>\u2018yan<\/em>. So,\u00a0<em>siguro \u2018yung nag<\/em>-present\u00a0<em>sa kaniya gumawa ng<\/em>\u00a0diagram\/matrix\u00a0<em>para makita ni Presidente kung ano ang<\/em>\u00a0&#8212; how it works (The one who presented it to him made a diagram\/matrix for the President to see how it works),&#8221; he said.<\/p>\n<p>Panelo, also Chief Presidential legal counsel, on Wednesday, tagged the opposition Liberal Party (LP) and other groups as among those conspiring to discredit President Rodrigo Duterte and boost their candidates\u2019 chances of winning in Monday\u2019s mid-term polls.<\/p>\n<p>He said some members of LP, Magdalo group, and media organizations in the \u201cOust Duterte\u201d matrix are working together as part of efforts to destroy the Duterte administration\u2019s image.
