Screenshot from InterAksyon\/TV5<\/figcaption><\/figure>\n<p>MANILA &#8212; Pork barrel scam mastermind Janet Lim Napoles allegedly asked her employees to have their picture taken as farmers receiving livelihood kits from the bogus non-government organizations, according to whistle-blower Benhur Luy.<\/p>\n<p>Testifying in court on Wednesday, Luy said that Napoles asked them to make up fake pictures for documentation.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cEven the pictures in the (disbursement reports) were fake. The drivers and errand boys were told by Napoles to pose as farmers receiving seeds, chemical sprays and other items,\u201d Luy said when asked by Napoles\u2019 lawyer Stephen David about the documents used in their operations.<\/p>\n<p>Luy added that the picture taking was\u00a0done in one of Napoles&#8217; warehouse in Pandi Bulacan and in one of her properties in Taguig City.<\/p>\n<p>He said that the pictures were used when inspectors are coming to their office to verify the existence of the programs that their NGOs are funding.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cThe pictures were used when there was an inspection [for] actual implementation of the projects. We just made up the distribution of the items,\u201d Luy said in a hearing of Sen.
