Thirty-one-year-old Kapuso artist Nadine Samonte and husband Richard Chua have welcomed the newest addition to their family, a son name named Augustus Titus, last Sunday, April 28 at the Manila Doctors Hospital.<\/span><\/p>\n

The news was officially announced by Richard on Instagram, who posted a photo carrying his baby captioned, \u201cWorld, please meet my son, Titus,\u201d also sharing another image alongside an old photo of their firstborn Heather Sloane from August 27, 2016, stating, \u201cMy life right here in this pic.\u201d<\/span><\/p>\n

The celebrities\u2019 family and friends were quick to congratulate the couple, including Lorna Tolentino, Rachel Peters, Gwen Zamora, Migz Villafuerte, and Yasmien Kurdi. Richard\u2019s mother, actress Isabel Rivas, was also present throughout the birth.<\/span><\/p>\n

Nadine has been married to Richard, who is a businessman, since October 30, 2013. They had a private ceremony at Isabel\u2019s farm in Zambales, initially stating that they wanted to have their intimacy as a couple during their first year of marriage which is why it wasn\u2019t announced until then. In June 2016, the couple shared that they were expecting their first daughter, who is now three years old. Nadine told her 347,000 followers on Instagram about her second pregnancy last October.<\/span><\/p>\n

At the beginning of her second pregnancy, Nadine was rushed to the hospital due to difficulty in breathing but found out it was simply due to a food allergy. She has been very candid about having antiphospholipid antibody syndrome (APAS) and polycystic ovarian syndrome (PCOS) during her first pregnancy, so she describes her second baby as \u201cunexpected,\u201d sharing that she is \u201cnot complaining\u201d about the food allergies and difficulty in breathing. She says, \u201cI know this will be another beautiful journey for me because he\/she is beautiful. Thank you, Lord.\u201d As a message to her supporters, Nadine tells other future mothers, \u201cDon’t lose hope. I know how hard it is to have a baby. I’ve been there. I really got depressed, but that didn’t stop me [from looking forward to having] an amazing child. It may not come right away but remember God knows when the perfect timing is. Never ever give up and have faith. Trust and believe in him; it will come.\u201d<\/span><\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
