MANILA<\/strong>\u00a0— Justice Secretary Menardo Guevarra on Friday announced 23 new appointees to first-level courts in the country.<\/p>\n

The newly-named judges of municipal\/metropolitan trial courts (MTCs) and Municipal Circuit Trial Courts (MCTCs) are:<\/p>\n
