KARL NORMAN ALONZO\/PRESIDENTIAL PHOTO<\/figcaption><\/figure>\n<p class=\"p1\">Presidential Spokesperson Salvador Panelo told the media on Friday, March 1, that United States Secretary of State Mike Pompeo once made a comparison between United States (U.S.) President Donald Trump and Philippine President Rodrigo Duterte.<\/p>\n<p class=\"p1\">&#8220;I remember when the President was talking about what he is doing for this country, <i>pati iyong mga <\/i>controversial <i>na galaw niya, pati iyong <\/i>cursing <i>niya <\/i>(even his controversial moves and his cursing),\u00a0the Secretary of State said, \u2018You\u2019re just like our president!\u2019 <i>Eh, \u2018di tawanan kami <\/i>(That made us laugh)<i>,&#8221; <\/i>Panelo said in a press briefing in<b> <\/b>Malaca\u00f1ang.<\/p>\n<p class=\"p1\"><i>&#8220;Siguro<\/i>\u00a0(Maybe) [it is] the style of the President \u2013 <i>prangka, walang sini-sino, kahit sino pwedeng labanan <\/i>(frank, argues with anyone regardless of who they are)<i>. &#8216;Di ba ganoon si<\/i> Mr. Trump (is like that, right)?
