(<a href=\"https:\/\/www.facebook.com\/PresSpokespersonPH\/photos\/a.397841807217544\/750918231909898\/?type=3&amp;amp;theater\">File Photo<\/a>: <a href=\"https:\/\/www.facebook.com\/PresSpokespersonPH\/\">Office of the Presidential Spokesperson\/Facebook<\/a>)<\/figcaption><\/figure>\n<p><strong>MANILA<\/strong>\u00a0&#8212; Malaca\u00f1ang on Wednesday confirmed that Overseas Workers Welfare Administration (OWWA) Deputy Administrator Arnaldo Arevalo &#8220;Arnell&#8221; Ignacio has tendered his resignation.<\/p>\n<p>Presidential Spokesperson Salvador Panelo said that Ignacio said he resigned due to \u201cpersonal reasons\u201d and wished him well.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cOverseas Workers Welfare Administration (OWWA) Deputy Administrator Arnaldo Arevalo Ignacio has signified his intention to leave public service for personal reasons,\u201d Panelo said in a statement.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cHe has intimated his desire to pursue other endeavors. We wish him luck to a new path he will traverse,\u201d he added.<\/p>\n<p>Panelo said that President Rodrigo R.
