(File <a href=\"https:\/\/www.facebook.com\/PresSpokespersonPH\/photos\/a.397841807217544\/769103916757996\/?type=3&amp;amp;theater\">Photo<\/a>: <a href=\"https:\/\/www.facebook.com\/PresSpokespersonPH\/\">Office of the Presidential Spokesperson\/Facebook<\/a>)<\/figcaption><\/figure>\n<p><strong>MANILA<\/strong>\u00a0&#8212; Farmers have the right to question the legality of the Rice Tariffication Act if they feel that it would cause more harm than good to the agriculture sector, Malaca\u00f1ang said on Monday.<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/www.facebook.com\/PresSpokespersonPH\/\">Presidential Spokesperson Salvador Panelo<\/a> made this remark after the farmers&#8217; group, the Philippine Farmers Advisory Board (PFAB), expressed concern that the law might cause the price of palay to further decline.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cIt\u2019s their right.
