Filipino singing trio The TNT Boys impress the judges once again as they go through the next round of American talent competition \u201cThe World\u2019s Best,\u201d which was aired on CBS last Sunday, February 3 after the Super Bowl. The TNT boys consists of members Francis Concepcion, Mackie Empuerto, and Kiefer Sanchez.<\/span><\/p>\n

The young performers sang their own rendition of Beyonce\u2019s \u201cListen,\u201d and American judges Drew Barrymore, RuPaul, and Faith Hill were so impressed that they gave the boys an almost-perfect score of 49. The judges from Wall of the World added 50 points, the total score being 99.<\/span><\/p>\n

Drew stated that she believes the boys, \u201cPosses a gift. [They\u2019re] just that good,\u201d stating, \u201c<\/span>You know, I have a soft spot for kids. I was a kid performer, but I have kids now. This is a whole other thing.\u201d <\/span>Faith Hill chipped, \u201cFirst of all, you have some serious attitude. You\u2019re so precious and so sweet but when you were singing, you were in that song, you were like, bam!\u201d while RuPaul was impressed as well, adding, \u201c<\/span>Boys I have one thing to say: Shantay, you stay.” <\/span><\/p>\n

Filipina Pops Fernandez makes up one of the judges from the Wall of the World, so she happily states, \u201cI am so proud right now to represent the Philippines. On behalf of the Filipinos, guess what? I know for a fact that you can be The World\u2019s Best.\u201d<\/span><\/p>\n

\u201cThe World\u2019s Best\u201d is a talent competition that welcomes performers from all across the globe, judged by three main American panelists and an international group of notable names known as Wall of the World. Besides \u201cThe World\u2019s Best,\u201d The TNT Boys have also performed on the American, United Kingdom, and Australian versions of \u201cLittle Big Shots,\u201d and also sold-out the Araneta Coliseum for their headlining concert.<\/span><\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
