(PNA File Photo)<\/figcaption><\/figure>\n<p><strong>MANILA<\/strong>\u00a0&#8212; Senate President Vicente Sotto III on Wednesday said he will propose for the withdrawal of the Senate-approved General Appropriations Bill (GAB) for 2019 and push for the reenactment of the national budget.<\/p>\n<p>Sotto made the statement following several allegations of &#8220;pork insertions&#8221; in the 2019 budget hounding the House of Representatives (HOR) and the Senate.<\/p>\n<p>&#8220;Considering the numerous allegations being leveled at the 2019 budget both from the HOR and the Senate, I will propose to Sen.
