(<a href=\"https:\/\/www.facebook.com\/frenchspiderman\/photos\/a.748762528552784\/1930877617007930\/?type=3&amp;theater\">File photo<\/a>:<br \/><a href=\"https:\/\/www.facebook.com\/frenchspiderman\/?tn-str=k*F\">Alain Robert\/Facebook<\/a>)<\/figcaption><\/figure>\n<p>&#8216;French Spiderman&#8217; Alain Robert was sued after scaling a high-rise Makati building on Tuesday, January 29, without any safety gears.<\/p>\n<p>Robert, a 56-year-old French urban climber, is facing charges of alarm and scandal and other forms of trespassing, according to the Makati City Police.<\/p>\n<p>He became the subject of netizens&#8217; commotion on Twitter as a video of him climbing down the GT International Tower in Ayala Avenue circulated online.<\/p>\n<p class=\"p1\">He was wearing black long sleeves and yellow pants with a camera on his forehead, but he did not bring a harness with him when he scaled the skyscraper.<\/p>\n<p class=\"p1\">Reacting to the video, netizen @joy_twiz said, &#8220;Alain Robert scared the sh*t out of me. I\u2019m glad he made it back safe[ly] to the ground.&#8221;<\/p>\n<p class=\"p1\">Twitter user @zeradg, meanwhile, said, <i>&#8220;Nahinto kami nang panandalian sa trabaho dahil kay <\/i>Alain Robert <i>na umaakyat ng<\/i> GT Tower <i>kaninang umaga <\/i>(We stopped working for a while because of Alain Robert who climbed the GT Tower this morning)<i>.&#8221;<\/i><\/p>\n<p class=\"p1\">Having witnessed the scene, netizen @ldyeyGarcia tweeted, <i>&#8220;Na-alarma ang buong <\/i>Makati peeps <i>dahil sa\u2019yo. <\/i>Sir<i>, namawis ang mga kamay at talampakan ko sa katitingala sa\u2019yo <\/i>(All Makati people were alarmed because of you. Sir, I felt my hands and feet sweat by watching you)<i>.&#8221;<\/i><\/p>\n<p class=\"p1\">While other netizens were scared seeing what Robert did, some social media users, on the other hand, made light of the situation.<\/p>\n<p class=\"p1\">Netizen @JoseMarioAlas said Marvel fans maybe mistaken when they thought that Spider-Man turned into dust after Thanos snapped his fingers in <i>Avengers: Infinity War<\/i>.<\/p>\n<p class=\"p1\">&#8220;It turns out that he&#8217;s well and good, scaling the heights of GT Tower right now. But he has changed drastically, looking more like Alain Robert,&#8221; he wrote on his tweet.<\/p>\n<p class=\"p1\">Twitter user @AkoSiOllie, meanwhile, said, &#8220;Hi Alain Robert! <i>Bilang inaakyat mo na &#8216;yang<\/i> GT Tower, <i>pasabay naman pabili ng <\/i>Banh Mi <i>dyan sa<\/i> (Since you climbed the GT Tower, you might as well also buy me a Banh Mi in the) 12th Floor.
