She should substantiate that,\u201d Presidential Spokesperson Salvador Panelo said in a Palace briefing.<\/p>\n<p>Panelo said that while the Palace will keep its hands off on Acosta\u2019s claims, he asked her to file appropriate charges against DOH officials if she finds it necessary.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cWe\u2019ll leave it to her, to file the appropriate charges if there is such a case,\u201d Panelo said.<\/p>\n<p>He shrugged off Acosta\u2019s claim as \u201cjust an allegation\u201d and maintained that once a case is filed, due process will run its course.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cWe\u2019ll have to wait.
