(File Photo by CBCP News via PNA)<\/figcaption><\/figure>\n<p><strong>MANILA<\/strong>\u00a0\u2014 The Catholic Bishops\u2019 Conference of the Philippines (CBCP) condemned the deadly twin bombings that happened on Sunday while a mass was ongoing at the Our Lady of Mt. Carmel Cathedral in Jolo, Sulu.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cWe condemn this act of terrorism that has taken place only a few days after the plebiscite on the Bangsamoro Organic Law,\u201d CBCP President Archbishop Romulo Valles said in a statement.<\/p>\n<p>Valles said the Catholic bishops received the \u201csad news\u201d through Jolo Apostolic Administrator Fr. Romeo S.
