Parang hindi talaga doon ang suwerte.<\/em> And<em> siguro, kung anuman&#8230; parang<\/em> as it is now<em>, masasabi kong okey ako kasi kailangan pa ako ng mga anak ko. Kasi <\/em>seven<em> lang si Bim [Bimby],<\/em> nineteen<em> lang si Josh,&#8221; <\/em>she explained<em>.\u00a0&#8220;Siguro \u2018pag hindi na nila ako kailangan, doon ko mapi-feel na <\/em>sad<em> ang buhay. <\/em>But while you feel needed in love, it\u2019s okay.<em>&#8220;<\/em><\/p>\n<p>(Let&#8217;s just leave it this way for now. Perhaps my luck just isn&#8217;t there. As it is now, I can say I&#8217;m okay because my kids still need me. I mean, Bim is just seven, Josh is only nineteen. Maybe when they stop needing me, that&#8217;s when I&#8217;ll start feeling sad. But while you feel needed in love, it&#8217;s okay.)<\/p>\n<p>When asked to describe her closeness with hunky actor Derek Ramsay and how he helped her get over from her failed relationship with Quezon City Mayor Herbert Bautista, Kris said, &#8220;<em>Kasi mabait siya [Derek] talaga<\/em> (He&#8217;s really nice).&#8221;<\/p>\n<p>&#8220;<em>Kasi,<\/em> I think, <em>nasabi rin niya ito sa<\/em> interview <em>na, maraming beses na<\/em> immediate family<em> mo<\/em> <em>lang ang puwede mong hingan ng samaan ng loob. Pero minsan, ang pamilya mo rin ang nagsasawa na sa<\/em> angst <em>mo, \u2018di ba? <\/em>So<em>, dapat may ibang<\/em> sounding board.&#8221;<\/p>\n<p>(Like what he said in an interview, there are times that you can only share your sentiments with your immediate family. But sometimes, your own family gets tired of your angst, right? So, you should have other sounding boards.)<\/p>\n<p>During the screening of the box-office movie &#8216;The Fault in Our Stars,&#8217; Kris watched the movie with her two sons and&#8211;who else&#8211;Derek Ramsay.<\/p>\n<p>&#8220;N<em>api-feel ko <\/em>with him<em> na <\/em>whatever I tell him<em>, nagkakaroon ako ng <\/em>male perspective<em>. Alam mo naman na halos lahat ng <\/em>friends<em> ko, bakla.<\/em> I mean<em>, yun ang mga pinaka-close ko\u2014si Vice [Ganda], si Boy [Abunda]. Puro <\/em>gay<em>.
